Enchant the schoolmaster. Tap to untap the schoolmaster. Rinse and repeat. Add coat of arms to make them huge. What else do you need?

Patron Wizard: tap wizzard u control: counter target spell unless its controler pays one.

Intruder alarm: when a creature comes into play untap all creatures. Creatures donot untap during the bigining of upkeep.

And the storybook thingy

You can counter anything they play and pump out infinate creatures, or just let the counters fizzle and get infinate creatures

I like yours better. It costs more mana and $3.56, as opposed to $0.25, but is much more dammaging. You can add the coat of arms to either.

I know. Ive used it. Thornbite staff and creatures that sack themselves work great to.

The only problem I see with your combo is that when you tap stonybrook, the enchantment taps as well, so you can only do this once a turn. Intruder Alarm and Patron Wizard, however, would work indefinitely. Still a really nice way to rack up some creatures with WU. Merfolk are so broken.

The enchantment isn't what taps. It is the creature. You tap the creature to untap "Target" creature. That creature is the schoolmaster, who taped for the effect. The price is payed instantly, which is taping, and you then resolve the effect of untaping.

Why would it tap? I have never taped an enchantment for a static ability

lol yes, you have to tap Second Wind to tap Stonybrook, which would flaw the combo entirely. Psyche, if you read Second Wind carefully, it says "T: Tap Enchanted creature" and "T: Untap enchanted creature." Which basically means that you have to tap the enchantment to tap the creature, and then the creatures ability resolves, putting a 1/1 into play. Both the enchantment and the creature are tapped, meaning you can't tap the enchantment again to untap the creature.

Aura cards don't act seproate form the creature they enchant. The creature gets the effect. Because of that You can tap or untap an enchanted creature (one with a aura card attached) by paying the price of second wind which is to tap the creature it is enchanting.

I appoligize. It seems i was worng. Second wind is very unique for a creature enchantment. It is seporate, unlike every other aura card.

freed form the real would work. It just cost 2 mana to do a full tap untap cycle. 2 mana for a 1/1 that with coat of arms is X/X being 1+ however many of the tokens you have.

It is a common mistake. In fact I have a friend that tried used crypt of agadeem to add 10 mana to his mana pool, then he casted Tendrils of Corruption and told me that he killed my Malfegor and gained 6 life. He didn't have a single swamp in play XD. But Patron Wizard and Intruder Alarm would definitely work the same way with Stonybrook. It is indeed a very nice combo.

Ok, im taking the idea and changing it to dammage and mana. Stonybrook, Hissing iguanar, thornbite staff, and Thermopod. Top it off with a hellfire or a fireball for overkill.

Instead of the thermopod you can do any sac a creature perm. Thought picker witch turns it into a mill combo. Spawning pit makes 2/2 critters, and nantuko husk or vampire aristocrat makes a super big critter. Sadistic hypnotist empties there hand, and malevolent awakening restores your graveyard to your hand.

There are other enchantments that tap in Future Sight as well. Schoolmaster and Freed From The Real is a decent combo, and all you need is a Springleaf Drum to make it infinite. I prefer to do this with Goblin Medic though...

ACtually you can do the token thing infinitely with paradise mantle and Freed from the real.. Same with other merfolk that requires tapping to trigger an effect...
