Play silence during you opponent's turn. As long as they don't have creature's with expensive abilities, they will leave their lands untapped. Then you can pirate them all to get something big for yourself.

With no more mana burn, I think your opponent can just tap out in response to Piracy...

Put Piracy on a Panoptic Mirror and put Awakening out so even if your opponent taps out, the lands just untap at the beginning of your turn.
