I wish I could make this into a card.

Pull creatures out of your opponent's graveyard and sacrifice them to the Alter to pull more cards of their library and then they need to sacrifice another creature thanks to the Butcher.

It looks like 1 critter per turn at this point. I'm sure there are cards out there that can make this infinite...

I've used this combo in so many different ways, but I used it mostly for a graveyard/control deck black/blue and it didn't need to be infinite or fast to do the job.
