Card not in database... Commander card, Animar, Soul of Elements


1. Have Animar and Equilibrium on the field.
2. Play Urabrask adding RRR to your mana pool and a +1/+1 to Animar.
3. Use one of the R to return Urabrask to your hand.
4. Use the last two R to cast the Priest again. He should be cheaper to cast because of Animar.
5. Add RRR to mana pool again and another +1/+1 to Animar.
6. Because of Animar Priest of Urabrask should cost one R to cast and to return the priest toy our hand everytime you cast him should also only cost one R. Therefore just keep casting him to put as many +1/+1 counters on Animar and gain as much red mana as your heart desires.


Thia combo is only legal in casual play or commander... sorry.

Sorry, Equilibrium triggers when Priest of Urabrask is cast, so its not a legal target for bouncing it to your hand. If you want to make it commander legal, toss in something like a 0 cost creature and Tangleroot.

My bad. I didn't think commander cards were legal in vintage or legacy. But that's really cool to know.

After posting this I thought about the triggering of equilibrium. It would work with a memnite or ornithopter if you wanted and that would increase animar's +1/+1 counters "faster" not like it matters because of the whole infinite thing. The only thing with this is that it would require atleast one more mana to start with. It is the same if you used a a second priest.

None the less, I feel like this is a good start for a powerful combo.
