With all the creatures in play, and with enough mana, you can sacrifice clique to nantuko triggering the persist ability plus its comes into play abilty. Then with a green/black mana pumped quillspike by removing the -1/-1 counter of clique. This enable you to do it again.
This will makes your nantuko and quillspike because your doing this to pumped them up.
