have a max hand or exceed. Play the drake with niv out and have niv do all but 2 damage to someone and the other 2 to the drake.

Not bad, adding in altars reap would do more damage, because that way you don't have to save any damage for the drake, and you get to draw an extra couple cards. If you had 6 cards remaining after playing the drake, you'd do 14 to a source instead of only doing 10

i have once done 120 with this, i had thought reflection out and my hand was huge from early game due to alot of draw and spellbook.

I'd rather just use ophidian eye or curiosity for much cheaper and effective results. Speaking of which, I like how they brought back curiosity in Innistrad, haven't seen it in a while
