With Dream Halls out you can discard cards from your hand to cast anything that shares a color. This is helpful to get Eye of the Storm out. EotS and Sphinx-Bone Wand go amazingly together, since each copy created with EotS procs the Wand, and with Dream Halls you can cast tons of simple "Draw cards" spells so that you never run out of things to play, and each time you play one, EotS procs, and the Wand procs for each copy of each spell played, netting you massive damage for little to no mana. Time Reversal ensures that you don't mill yourself, and since EotS exiles it, it happens every time you play a spell, so you can never get milled again. If done right, you can continue to draw your deck and reshuffle everything forever, dealing infinite damage with the Spinx-Bone Wand. You could throw in a Niv-Mizzet, or Psychosis Crawler if you want to deal damage with the drawing too.

-Edit- Ok, so, eventually you will run out of cards to play, since they are getting exiled with EotS. Also, you need to be careful about which copies you choose, and the order you put them in, since after a while your library will be smaller than it was at the start.
