This works really good with drawing cards.  I like the creativity of this, though i fail to see how Lich fits into there

You dump whatever you draw. It goes to your library. You just keep more stuff out than they can deal damage and it becomes very difficult to kill you.

lich would kill you since your cards never hit the graveyard, and are instead put into your library as a replacement effect.  sorry :(

Lich says nothing about the graveyard. It is gaing life means drawing cards, and losing life is sacking them. The wheel keeps your cards form going dead, and you play more cards then you take damage.

Another one where the current Oracle text is required.

Lich reads:
As Lich enters the battlefield, your life total becomes 0.
You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
If you would gain life, draw that many cards instead.
Whenever you're dealt damage, sacrifice that many permanents.
When Lich leaves the battlefield, you lose the game.

Every permanent you sacrifice goes back into your Library due to the Wheel, so as long as you can play more than your opponent can damage you, you're hard to kill.
