Something to go along with a U/W control deck that uses Sleep or other creature control cards/combos/synergy. Have Sunblast Angel on the field, cast Siren's Call on their turn, Blink the Angel at the appropriate time.

Alternatively, if you have the mana to be hard-casting Sunblast Angel, you can use Thoughtweft Gambit a couple turns later with the Momentary Blink. It'd not only give you time to cast something else to make other permanents into creatures (via Opalescence, for example), but also make the combo more or less mono-colored.

Alternatively, you could just get the jump on your opponent and cast a combination of Kismet and Crackdown before bringing out Sunblast Angel... food for thought.

I actually have all the cards both of you mentioned in the deck I have this in. Frozsn aether instead of kismet though. But why only have one way to accomplish something.
