Keep playing the priest over and over again by using his own mana production and bouncing him back with the tyrant. Pandemonium kills shit. I'm pretty sure this can be done with just one priest but if not then just using two would work. Other fun cards to try instead of pandemonium could be Cream of the Crop, any of the Soul Warden clones, Deathmatch, Dual Nature, Door of Destinies, Hamletback Goliath, Mantle of Leadership, Wild Pair, Demon's Horn, Juniper Order Ranger, etc...(i think you get the theme here!)

I know that it increases the likelihood of not pulling it off, and increases the monetary costs as well, but adding in the Door of Destinies would really make this nice, as each time the priest was recast, the door would get more counters and the damage done by the priest on each cast would increase.

I mean, of course, to add in the Door along with Pandemonium, rather than replace it.

You do need two of them. The Tyrant triggers when you cast a Priest. At this point the Priest is not in play (it has yet to resolve), so you can't target it, you need to bounce something else (maybe something an opponent controls)

I would recommend swapping the Priest of Gix for Priest of Urabrask to make the combo 2-colour.

You could even go mono-red and use Cloudstone Curio instead of the Tyrant, since you need two Priests anyway.
