Though sacing 4 creatures is still a pretty heavy card.  I remember this card from my days of MtG encyclopedia browsing, I dismissed it as having too high of a cost.   I'm reconsidering now though. . .

just think of the havoc you could do with this if you made all enchantments and artifacts as creatures... *,..,*
