After the Orb & the Relic are on the table, once your opponent reaches the cleanup step of their turn, Tap the Relic to Tap the Orb. That way all of your lands will be in use during your turn!  The Scepter & the Aether will then just simply keep all your opponents lands tapped for good!! Your buddies will not have fun playing against u if u use this combo. Nonetheless, it's effective! :-)

**CLARIFICATION** - I saw this combo used in an MTGO game. The MTGO Masters Edition  version of this card -- http://www.mtgotraders.com/store/MED_Winter_Orb.html  reads a bit differently that the paper versions. It reads "As long as Winter Orb in untapped, ..." This is a CRUCIAL factor for this lockdown to work. Hence, I'm not 100% sure this combo will work in paper mtg.

I feel like this would work better, being that you could keep their creatures, and artifacts tapped as well.
