If you have both Patron of the Moon and Heartstone in play, Patron of the Moon's activated ability costs 0. This allows you to play all the lands you draw for free.

sorry to say, I don't think it works. Heartstone's last sentence says "This cannot reduce an ability's generic mana cost to less than 1." Seeing how the ability is already at 1 cost, it can't go any cheaper.
