Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery card, exile it. Then that player copies each instant or sorcery card exiled with this enchantment. For each copy, the player may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

play the storm then a wish. Find an infinite mana combo of all colors ( i know there is many, and i know this would be hard to pull off but its fun), then get the card of your choice and play it which would cast it and the wish again. Repeat.

I posted something similar awhile back. I've found that you can actually use Eye of the storm to generate your infinite mana. Use the wishes to get mana producing spells (like seething song), and each time you play a spell now, its copied to help pay for the next one.

but most of the time if your opponent cant do anything about it they will concede, if you explain you can get mana in such way then yes they will probably concede.
