You need 1 mana reflection, 2 crackeburrs, 1 of any kobold (that's 0 to cast but are red) and 2 paradise mantles.

Tap the 2 crackleburrs to produce 4 red or blue mana... Use 2 red/blue mana to play crackleburrs first ability, tapping the kobold and the other crackleburr... tapping merfolk looter targetting your opponent...

Use the crackleburrs 2nd ability, untapping the other crackleburr and merfolk looter and returning the kobold...

Repeat for the win...

How do you tap the same Crackleburr twice?

The two paradise mantle are equipped to two Crackleburrs... Note that it requires two Paradise Mantles and two crackleburrs to achieve the combo...

 

Here are the required cards:

2 Crackleburrs

2 Paradise Mantles

1 Mana Reflection

1 Merfolk Looter

1 Kobold (Crimson Kobolds, Crookshark Kobolds or Kobolds of the Kher Keep)

 

How the combo works: (Correction)

1. You tap the 2 crackleburrs equipped with paradise mantle...

Note that when tapped, the two crackleburrs will produce 4 mana of any color (preferably red or blue for the combo) due to Mana Reflection. tap merfolk looter then target your opponent.

Note: you can use any blue creature with a tap ability, i just used merfolk looter for the alternative mill... You can also use Arcanis for the instant "ancestral visions or free ancestral recall", etc.

2. Use the crackleburr's second ability to untap the merfolk looter and the other tapped crackleburr... then return the kobold.. you can also use ornitopter or any 0 to cast creatures...

Repeat until satisfied... this is infinite mana and bounce...

The query was based on this line:

'Tap the 2 crackleburrs to produce 4 red or blue mana... Use 2 red/blue mana to play crackleburrs first ability, tapping the kobold and the other crackleburr... tapping merfolk looter targetting your opponent...'

In this example from your first post you tap both Crackleburrs twice (first for mana, then for the damage ability)

(I am guessing by this you mean to use 2 mana from another source to use the damage ability)

A much simpler combo, rather than making a 3 colour deck using Mana Reflection, is to use 2 Crackleburrs with Paradise Mantles, plus a Kobold (or other 0 mana creature) and Rootwater Hunter or Prodigal Sorcerer (tap to deal 1 damage)

Merfolk Looter doesn't target, anything, so how can you target your opponent, the ability is only on yourself
