Have both cards in play. Tap the sorcerer to turn anything you want dead into a 0/2. Then tap the Thaumaturgist to switch the 0/2's power and toughness. Now that creature dies because it is a 2/0.

You can make this go infinite by having both of your creatures equiped with Thornbite Staff.

Imagine my sadness when I submitted this combo only to have it rejected because you’d already done it, haha!

It’s a great trick. If you’re going with Thornbite Staff, however, you might want to attach it to an Avatar of Woe instead. Multi-creature sniping extraordinaire!
