First, play the Stoic Champion, Then play Fluctuator, then start cycling through your deck* and buffing Stoic Champion

*The cards listed are just a few ideas, that would work well, but any card with Cycling for {2} would work

Easy to counter, i would still go for the normal Fluctuator deck finisher...
