Yeah, I know that mimc vat is kinda overused, but I think that Yosei deserves more attention than it gets. At the EOT of your opponents, make a Yosei token. During your turn, attack with Yosei if applicable, then make a second token. It will destroy the two Yoseis, you can tap ten of your opponents permanents and then they also skip their next two untap steps, which gives you enough time to do it again.

The yosei would be imprinted on the card, so unless you've got one on the battlefield the one on the vat is exiled forever. At EOT the token is exiled, so the graveyard trigger doesn't go off. If you did manage to have to yosei's go to graveyard, yes you can tap ten of their permanents, but the opponent would still be locked out of one untap step, not 2.

When the first Yosei dies, it is imprinted on the Vat AFTER it goes to the graveyard, so its ability triggers.

If you have multiple Yosei go to the graveyard at the same time, each one triggers, and your opponent skips that many untap steps (if an effect tells you to skip a step or phase, it means to skip the next one you would have).

that is true but isn't the fact that the tokens made by the vat are exiled at the end step make this combo invalid so only the yossei that caused the imprint, the only ones whose effect triggers?

The are exiled at the beginning of the next end step.  so, as the captain points out, if you create one on your opponents turn after the beginning of their end, it will stick around until the next end step, which will be yours.  create one on your turn during 2nd main phase and there you go 2 going to the grave at once

So, you can activate abilities after an end step? Someone at FNM told me otherwise, but I should have thought better than to believe him.

Its not AFTER the end step, its DURING it. Its like popping a fetchland or terramorphic expanse at the end of a turn, or any of the other things people do right before their own turn. Mimc Vat tokens exiling ability is triggered only at the BEGINNING of end steps. Since the end step has begun already, it looks to the next end step, which will be during your own turn. At which point you'll have made another token.

Same difference. I understood the concept. I apologize for the incorrect wording.
