Manabarbs has this nasty habit of hurting you.  No good.  Well, with this little combo you can just burn up your opponent on your upkeep while using his mana to keep casting (of course it's only during upkeep so get those instants ready.  I used this before Panoptic Mirror was out).

BTW, can you imagine being on the other side of this combo?  You can't tap for mana, but you need to cast as fast as possible to keep your opponent from getting your mana and it's going to hurt and you may want to stop playing lands too.

I also like using Mana Drain with this combo as well.  Then you get the mana from the casted spell as well.

i think the panoptic doesnt help much unless youre playing against control! I would just start tapping all my lands at the end of my turn! but this word work really well with stuff like yavimaya dryad, and then funneling their mana into a fireball!

Pinkie, if you start tapping your lands at the end of your turn your going to die fast.  I would add bazaar trader to donate lands to them.

That wasn't specifically you. Other people keep misreading Isochron Scepter.

But if you tap them on your turn then you still lose life but your opponents dont get your mana!

So I'll just sit around, round after round, as you tap out your mana taking the same damage you would if I absorbed it from you and watch you kill yourself until you realize you're going to die and then I still tap your mana and you die anyway.  lol

I should've put Urza's Armor in this combo too.

But then without the panopitic, there would be no reason to tap the land.
