Mycosynth Lattice and Skill Borrower in play with Jace Belerin revealed on the top of your library (use brainstorm to put him on top if he's in your hand) . Because of Mycosynth Lattice, Jace is an artifact in addition to other types, this means Skill Borrower can play his abilities. Play the 'both players draw a card' ability and respond to each one with another (the restriction on one per turn is specified to planeswalkers) so you have a deep stack of each player draws a card. Once you have 20 counters on Skill Borrower, use Jace's -20 cards from library ability. If you don't mill him with the 20 individual cards drawn, and the one time 20 card draw, brainstorm to put Jace back on top after the abilities resolve so you can do it again.

This should be able to work with any of the planeswalkers. Once you draw one, use Brainstorm to draw three and put it back as your new top of deck.

Actually bro, Mycosynth Lattice only makes PERMANENTS artifacts. Jace on top of your library is not an artifact.

Mycosynth Lattice makes permanents into artifacts and non-permanents colorless.

12/1/2004 Mycosynth Lattice turns all permanents in play into artifacts. Spells on the stack and cards in other zones aren't permanents, so those spells and cards don't become artifacts.

I just checked the rulings on mycosynth lattice myself, you're right. Sorry, if an admin sees this, feel free to remove this combo.
