Have out Lattice and Darksteel Forge to make the Giant and Spitemare indestructible. Tap Hammerfist Giant to deal 4 damage to each non-flyer and each player. Spitemare will take 4 letting you deal 4 more damage to your opponent. Rite of Passage will put a +1/+1 counter on the Giant, Spitemare and any other creatures you own. Do this every turn until your opponent gets burned to death or until you beat your opponent to death whichever comes first.

why does it seem that the lattice and forge are in all of your combos?

hello folks!
anyways, if you really wanted this to work, a better, and much more cost effective solution is to put Darksteel Plate on the spitemare. requires less cards, MUCH less mana and is self sustainable, vs if one piece of the 2 card combo goes away, you lose the whole combo. decent idea tho.
