With the three permanents on the table, get any creature destroyed with Scar or any other -1/-1 counter card as devoted druid or any wither creature.

Then, flourishing defense create elves token, but they all get a -1/-1 counter because of Blowfly infestation, so you repeat this as many time as you like to finaly make a Bitter Ordeal decking your opponents.

You can also add a scavenger drake or a algae gharial or grim poppet to make this combo even better.

Sometimes I wonder if these cards are made specifically for unique combos like this. by themselves the cards are virtually useless, but together, it is end-game for your opponent. lots of cards must be made for combo usage in-mind.
