This combo is really easy. Have voltaic Construct and Metalworker in play, then make sure you have at least 2 artifact cards in your hand. Tap the metalworker and reveal two artifacts. You have a total of 4 colorless mana, then use 2 mana on voltaic construct\'s ability to untap the metal worker. You have 2 colorless mana left over. Then just repeat the process. Make sure you always spend 2 to untap the metalwoker. Your colorless mana will always increase by two and you can do this infinitely. The more artifacts you have in your hand the more mana you can produce.
