In old times opponent's raiding a castle would throw diseased heads into their opponent's castle in hopes to make their opponent's ill.

Now all you need is a protective suit and a nice Stuffy Doll.

Perhaps add in a, albeit rather expensive mana cost, Wound Reflection?

Since Pestilence explodes at the end of a turn where there are no creatures I really liked making combos that fed Pestilence, like Skirge Familiar and  Yagmoth's Bargain, but like Channel and Fireball you have to be really careful about how you pull it off or you could end fried up like your opponent. 

With Stuffy Doll though you're guaranteed to be ahead of the curve on a 2 to 1 ratio and it allows you a little more time since the creature effectively will always be there.

Well, it IS like a lightning bolt and a mini-whipflare each turn. Although it is quite difficult to get enough mana for this combo unless you have acceleration.

might be stupid but why not make copies of stuffy doll

Well, anything with Pestilence as the killer will need mana acceleration, which is why I used the Dirge.  You have to think 20 black to kill your opponent, or in this case 10.  Copying the Stuffy Doll would effectively do the trick, but I think one copy and you still need to make 7 Black to finish them off and in 7 turns you better be ready to finish of your opponent.
