Get Sunscape Familiar and Equilibrium in play, tap the Island and the Atoll to add one colorless and two blue to your mana pool, use one blue to cast Cloud of Faeries (thanks to Sunscape Familiar) and untap both lands, use one colorless to bounce the Faeries back to your hand. Result one blue mana left in your pool. Repeat.

You can add the Ravnica 2-mana lands for consistency.

However you need another Cloud of Faeries, or a free creature (like Ornithoptor) in order to do this combo.

Equilibrium triggers when you cast the Faeries, so they are not a valid target for it (as they have not entered play yet, they will enter the battlefield after the trigger finished resolving)
