With all out, sac thunderblust to greater good. You'll draw 7, then randomly discard 3, which can be put on top of your library due to library of leng. Thunderblust comes back with a -1/-1 counter. Pay one, discard another random card to the top of your library to put a +1/+1 counter on Thunderblust, which cancels out the -1/-1 counter.

All in all this equates to pay one:draw three cards (plus dies/ETB effects)

You
can't use the Library of Leng ability to place a discarded card on top
of your library when you discard a card as a cost, because costs aren't
effects.

Shoot, I need to start reading cards and not just remembering general things they do. Well then, scrap the library and use wheel of sun and moon.

the discards from greater good is an effect so they go to the top

the discard from amok is a cost, so leng doesn't affect it

so while the combo works it doesnt work completely as intended
