Afraid this is a nonbo. Even though the Haze is enchanting your opponent, you are still the controller of it and will have to pay for the Taints yourself.

You will have to add Donate or Bazaar Trader (or similar) to give control of the enchantment to another player.

[this was in response to a rules query subsequently deleted]

I don't have the comp rules to hand to give a rules reference, but by default the controller of a spell or permanent is the player that played it.

Since you played the Paradox Haze, you are it's controller. It doesn't matter that you played it targeting another player, or that it is enchanting them.

Power Taint only cares about the controller of the enchantment it is attached to, not what that enchantment is attached to.

Zark is right.  The rule in question is...

303.2. When an enchantment spell resolves, its controller puts it onto the battlefield under his or her control.

you control the haze and the taint, you pay the cost

Yeah. I misread the "Enchant player". He would still own it, thus making the enchant enchantment also under his control. No go on this combo.

Correct - if you want your opponent to take the damage/pay the mana, you must either enchant one of their enchantments with Power Taint, or donate an enchantment of your own to them (either way, ensuring that they control an enchantment for you to put Power Taint on)).

This could work really well with enchanted evening.
