At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent lost 2 or more life this turn, you may put a quest counter on this enchantment. (Damage causes loss of life.) Whenever a card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, if this enchantment has three or more quest counters on it, you may have that player lose 2 life. If you do, you gain 2 life.

One of the best combinations in my Vampire deck is having out 1 or more painful quandary, a sangromancer, liliana's caress and bloodchief ascension.

Example:

If you have out all of the cards listed, generally this is enough to stifle most players because for them to play a spell means they either have to lose 10 life or discard 2 cards, if they discard 2 cards they are still losing 4 life from liliana's caress and 4 more from bloodchief ascension all the while you are gaining 6 life from the sangromancers (3 life per discard) ability and gaining 4 from bloodchief ascension (2 life per discard). There is a couple ways to make this combo even nastier, of course having out multiple painful quandaries and liliana's caress, but also you can add in a mindcrank or two to make it absolutely disgusting, it is enough to insta-kill players. The mindcrank triggers off of lose of life and the bloodchief ascension triggers off of discard an mill effects, these cards triggering off of each other starts a cycle that will ultimately kill your opponents. The Mill\Lose of Life effect only grows and grows as it triggers. Discarding 2 cards = -8 life (from Liliana's Caress and Bloodchief Ascension) which causes you to mill 8 cards (from Mindcrank) which triggers -16 life which triggers mill 16 cards which triggers -32 life which triggers mill 32 cards, etc.

This isn't really a combo, its more of a deck strategy. Also, I swear I've seen that picture before....

Yeah, that pic is Skithryx the Blight Dragon. It is more of a stategy, but I think of a combo as just a combination of cards that all work together in some way or create a synergy effect. My Vampire deck still needs a lot of work too, still tweaking.

well a bunch of cards that create a synergy is synergy. And generally synergy isn't a combo per se. I only made the comment about the picture because there is another user who has a very similar picture as his avatar.

Hey now, hey now, that's not necessary. Sure the past few combo submissions he had didn't make any sense, but thats not reason to say someone should leave. We all make mistakes, and frankly, you haven't been around long enough to call people out on it.

though his point is no less valid, besides the lack of any productive posts, I'm sick of thinking turbine is failing (which has happened in the past) when he's doing something. Also if you don't think he is a troll, he wants his name to be cosine of the ass. . .
