T2 - Mana Myr. T3 - Mishra. T4 - Sculptor use Mishra to search another one then Mirrorworks use Mishra to search another one. T5 - Wellspring for free use the Mirrorworks to copy it twice then use Mishra to search another one and copy it once giving you 5 Wellsprings therefore drawing you 5 cards. T6 - Ironworks sac the Wellsprings adding 10 mana and drawing you 5 cards.
P.S. Myr Retriever and Inexorable Tide aren't involved in this combo.

It would be nice to have some repeatability. Especially for all of the cards and mana you're pouring into it.

I see broke written in a combo name, then see it was made by Mechanist. I laugh hysterically for about 2 minutes, then click into it. I see 5 cards, decide that it's not worth it to explain the meaning of the word broken, and end with the look of disapproval.
