to be fair, it really just an ideal use of isochron scepter, kinda like throwing a terror on it.

I know some people like to complain about combos and synergy, but can "finding" a good card for the stick be considered a combo?  i say synergy, but as i've stated before, i don't think it makes much of a difference

I think that it certainly could be considered a combo in some scenarios to put things on a Scepter, but I think it should do things other than just cast the imprinted spell each turn, since thats just essentially what the Scepter does (though if someone finds a good instant that people haven't thought of, I wouldn't be ridiculously opposed to it being posted).

I think the major problem is stopping and thinking if something needs to be posted, because we don't need to post every single 2 cmc instant+Scepter, or every single card with counters+proliferation engine, or every single good CIP/ETB creature + mimic vat/soul foundry. At some point it becomes overstated or just common sense it would seem.

I don't think that you can even call it synergy, casting a 1 or 2 mana spell is the point of isochron (or 0 i suppose)

I considered it a combo, because Ancestral Recall is banned and Visions can only be played without Suspending through Isochron Scepter. I just forgot it was a sorcery.
