Use Pentavus to make tokens whlie you have Sphinx out to help out with it\'s abilty. Get these two out easier by running plenty of mana myrs.

so basically these two cards make tokens. Yeah, this isn't even synergy, or a really weak combo. really what is this?

doubling season and cards like pentavite make nice combos. blood arbiter, i think is part of the creatures name and is a commander.

Doubling Seasons and anything with counters isn't really a combo by themselves. You're just using Doubling Season. Its supposed to be used with things with counters and tokens. Using the extra counters and tokens produced by Doubling Season to produce an unusual effect makes something a combo. And this.... these are just two cards that produce similar effects, but don't really interact. It's the same as saying Llanowar Elves and Arbor Elf are a mana combo (and they aren't, so don't post it).
