Make sure transmuter, silver myr, and Intruder Alarm are on the field.

1. Play pierce strider (opponent loses 3 life)
2. tap myr and transmuter to return pierce strider to hand
3. Put strider back onto field, satisfying transmuters 2nd clause (target opponent loses 3 life) and untapping transmuter and silver myr
4. repeat steps 2 and 3 until opponent is dead.

Loss of life is not damage making it harder to counter.
Playing Pierce strider from hand because of Master Transmuter is not casting it, therefore harder to counter.

It's impossible to counter, not harder.

when I say "counter" i'm using it in a general sense... I mean to be able to stop the combo... an unsummon would work as well as counter target activated ability.

This combo looks pretty good.

A little harsh seeming as it is not my fault the english language is ambiguous.

But thank you, I had some inspiration with other combos, and it is easily swapped out with a peace strider instead for an infinite life combo.

I love Master Transmuter.

I have to agree on that last point. Master Transmuter is one of my favorite artifact cards.
