creatures cant attack you

play Godhead and reverence. all creatures are 1/1 except Godhead and they can't attack. boost godhead as you like and swing away.

of course they can attack you if the creatures have buffs. . .

Very true but its the start. With it being a white based deck you can runt the enchanted evening and any destroy all their stuff.
