Simple and self-explanatory. With just these cards it's 54 damage. First turn you could use any one-cost creature; I used to use weathered Wayfarer for obvious reasons, but you could also use tithe.

i would choose a soulwarden for the 1st turn just for more life...like you would need it after your opponent dies.

fog, holy day, angelsong, any 'counter' or 'destroy' instant, the list goes on...
if u think about theres countless ways to deprive any1 of a combo but i think the point is its a pretty damn good combo as it stands
