It wouldn't work, You'd sacrifice Emrakul at end of turn, so he wouldn't be around to actiavte Aria at your next upkeep. Unless theres a different order of event than I'm seeing here.

you sneak him in while aria's trigger is on the stack, so he's in play when it resolves.

Better, have an activated beastmaster ascension out into play and sneak attack Emrakul during your untap step.
