Unless your playing against a life gainer, this two card combo is probably the simplest solution to end the game quickly. Donate Transcendence to your opponent and Game Over.

Thats relient on many other factors
  1. they didn't lose any life
  2. they can't sacrifice it
  3. they don't have any counter-spells/disencants
  4. you need to lose life (less commen than you would think)
What if they have a

Kuro, Pitlord


or better, you had one

Yea but I'm saying if your opponent's life gain junky and is way over 20 already then these two cards can come in handy to kill his buzz. But yea of course you can make him gain life and so on...

This is actually a great combo. Of course it doesn't work if they have a counter, this is true for 99.9% of cards in the game. You can say that about any combo. Life gain is increasing in popularity lately, making this that much more effective. If you have Donate, you should look up Illusions Of Grandeur :) It's a much sicker combo.
