Basically, Donate Nefarious Lich or Forbidden Crypt to your opponent. Make Sure you empty his graveyard if not already empty before the end of your turn with Thran Foundry or Tormod's Crypt. Now comes his turn and since his graveyard's empty, either of the two enchantment's effect makes him lose the game.
