Play all of these spells, then use Chandra's second ability. Each player discards their hand. Say there is one opponent with 5 cards in his/her hand. 10 damage from the Megrim. Then, you both draw 3 cards. Niv-Mizzet deals 3 to them, and Spiteful Visions deals 3 to each of you. You take 3 damage, and they will take 13 damage. Add another Megrim, and this is an insti-win combo.

Whoops. EDIT: I like this. What suggestions do you have about the mana, though? Since this uses blue, black and red, it seems like getting the mana needed for this may be somewhat difficult.

EDIT #2: A Furnace of Rath in this mix would be A LOT of fun as well.

Maybe a few Obelisks of Grixis? Also, spiteful can be played only with red, so only a few black mana is required

If you're going to use Megrim and Spiteful Visions, just use Wheel Of Fate. I prefer Underworld Dreams to Visions for obvious reasons, although some players may not have access to the lands required to do this effectively. Also, you should consider Barbed Shocker.
