Have all out with blade attached to Ulasht, one mana for saproling, one mana to attach skullclamp to the saproling, Ulasht gets another counter to start over again. so 2 mana for 2 cards, plus comes into play/goes to graveyard effects.

This could go infinite with Ashnods Altar for all you infinite combo lovers out there.

Doubling Season. The combo is already Ravnica block so why not?

It just as much Zendikar block as Ravnica, but Doubling Season would work nicely. Ghave, Guru of Spores is also a good substitute for Ulasht in EDH.

Guru of the Spores would be a better fit for a deck for this them. He is nothing more than a cheaper version of pentavus with the same mechanic. Add in grave pact and a few other choice cards and you have an amazing none artifact mech deck.

It would put this at three colors instead of two, but I think the it would be worth it for the options that i would provide.
