get all 4 cards in play and get a counter on both black carriage and marrow gnawer . Now play any weak rat to sacrifice with gnawer which in turn will make 2 rats for you. Making 4 total now tap kraj and sacrifice a rat to make 3 more rats, for 6 total. Then sacrifice 1 to untap kraj this makes 5 sacrifice 1 of them to make 4 more since their are four in play which now makes 8 rats total rinse and repeat it\'s infinite rats as well as a huge relentless rat.

note wasn't thinking but this can be done all black with necritic ooze just have to have the cards in the grave instead

This is partially correct you will get infinite rat tokens but not an infinitely big Relentless Rats because Relentless Rats gets +!/+! for each card named RELENTLESS Rats and the Rat on the tokens is a creature type not a name. But if you doing this with Green and Black you canalso play Might of the Masses and Overrun just for a laugh. In fact you might want to throw them in anyway just in case you're not able to make infinite tokens but still some.

It would have to be done all during the upkeep, but thats certainly doable. I've been meaning to make a rat deck, this may see its way into it. I don't see the giant relentless rats though, I might be missing something though.

Actually with this combo you don't need Black Carriage.

You don't NEED black carriage for it to be good, but it makes it infinite.

You're not reading this correctly, Kraj is putting counters on Gnawer and Carriage, thus gaining the "tap, Sac a rat: make more rats" ability and the "0: untap during upkeep" ability. Thats what makes it infinite, thats why Kraj is in there. Or Necrotic Ooze as Reaper pointed out.

not a satan fan but I found the total cost of this combo a little weird. is someone trying to tell me something this number keeps coming up in my life. WTF?
