attack with the mage and remove nevermaker from the game putting a card on top of your oppenets deck. You can do this every turn so your poor oppenet will never draw a card again.

I Think it will work with the new SOM card Venser,the sojourner and you dont even need to attack !

Not really a tough choice, make lose a card or put them in a situation to lose tempo. Venser would work as would any flicker effect (I use astral slide with him). However the gale works well since it puts pressure on your opponent with its attacks forcing their hand more
