First you have to have the Wheel and the Mirror on the Field. Remove your deck from the game with Leveler. Then use the Mirror to return Surging Flame (x4) to your deck. Then cast one and ripple forever because of the Wheel

The Rippled cards will not be immediately  put into the graveyard. It will still be on the stack as long as ripple is in effect. thus, will not trigger the wheel. so this combo will only do 8 damage. because the ripple ability will stop because there is nothing else to ripple in your library... All the surging flames will be put into the graveyard  after the ripple ability is done and after all the spell resolves...

Holy crap, you might just be right except that they would go back to your deck not your graveyard because it IS anywhere

They will go back to your deck after the spell resolves. No more ripple until next turn when you repeat the process again.

So, not too absurd if one can spend up to 3RRR on the Flames before their next draw step.
