Wouldn't let me remove the Chancery after I saw that this wouldn't work, you'll need a plains and a Lotus Cobra (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=185749) to make this work.

Play the plains, add a blue from the Cobra.

Use the Nibblers ability.

Use the white to tap the ruin ghost to remove the Plains from play.

Nibblers untap, use their ability again.

Use the Elemental to untap ruin ghost

Repeat.
