all you need for this to work is 2 duel lands, one involving red and the other involving blue. Then you want to first have cloudstone and sparkamge in play. Now put cloud of faeries out and return sparkmage to hand as well as untapping your two duel lands, now play sparkmage returning cloud of faeries to hand rinse and repeat infinitely. Can also be done in green with elvish visionary or stuff like essence wardens for infinite, life door of destinies for counters, and so on. Either way this is a turn 4 win without mana accel.

I also forgot to mention this can be used as a storm engine for brain freeze as well after playing creatures a bunch of times the last time you untap your lands play brain freeze and mill opponents entire deck
