How the heck did the Myr lose the war with options like this!

Casually drop the Battlesphere.  I'm sure that Mimic Vat is already getting some action.

Drop the Sieve and sacrifice the Battlesphere to which you now replace on the Mimic Vat and and every turn generate an infinite turn for 3.

The only problem is getting the Battlesphere out in the first place. How about Flash?

Turn 1: Island, Ornithopter

Turn 2: Swamp

Turn 3: Island, Vat

Turn 4: Flash, Imprint, sacrifice the Myr and Ornithopter for another turn

I've seen some pretty creative ways of getting big cost guys like this out and since the Mimic Vat requires you to get it off the Battlefield.

This for example.

That's why I chose Flash. You don't have to keep it on the battlefield, you actually want it to die.

Can you believe I was thinking of the ability Flash and not the spell?

Good idea.

Thanks Krowbar!

See, if they had Thopters they probably would've just went back in time and kept Phryxia from even being created!

The Sieve isn't Type 2. Alara is no longer in Standard.

He means turn two. In your hypothetical solitaire game, you never played Time Sieve.
