Splice the ritual on the ritual then replicate with the Izzet Guildmage. Not as ornate as my other combos but effective. Doesn't use any rares either so it should be an easy combo for anyone to use.

It takes blue mana to copy an instant spell with Izzet Guildmage, or am I missing something here?

i just wanted to post that lol it was a good attempt tho. but im sure with a few tweeks there is a way to do it...maybe R/G to filter the red mana thru an elf (only filtering elf i know of is skyshroud, and it filters into red/white mana)  for some blue or somethin?

ok, here it is 10 seconds after i osted, and if i was sober enough to figure out how to edit my previous posts i would, but try adding Mycosynth Lattice to the combo, since you can then use mana as tho it were mana of any color.

or you just go old school and replace 1 of the rituals with a lava spike
