Play your Djinn Illuminatus then play your Tidespout Tyrant. Play snap to return one of your opponents creatures to their hand then untap two ofyour lands. Then using Djinn's ability giving snap replicate use the two mana you unapped to copy Snap again. With Tidesout Tyrant in play you can start to return all their cards to their hands. You will need a pretty large amount of mana to pull this off but...i know you can do it!

This doesn't work. Snap's ability to untap your permanents happens as the spell resolves, but you can only pay for replicate as you play the spell. Therefore, this bounces a lot of creatures (two for every 2 mana you pay), but it doesn't bounce as many as you want.
