Bring Riptide Mangler into play, then equip Mangler with Loxodon Warhammer.

Use Riptide Mangler's ability, and target itself. The Mangler's power will become it's current power, plus 3 provided by the Warhammer. This effect does not end at the end of the turn, and you can repeat this power growth as often as you have available mana.
