simple idea solitary confinement is sweet but makes you discard every turn so keep discarding squee once a turn and he will return to you next upkeep I promise...this would also work with something like fecundity so each time you discarded you would get to draw a card to discard next turn and not run out of a hand

Fecundity wouldn't work, because it only triggers if the creature was in play. You could use Spirit Cairn for some tokens or Confessor plus Lich would produce that draw from a discard effect that you were looking for.

If you add in Fecundity than you keep your drawing power
