Yeah, yeah, I know that soul warden/soul attendent/ auriok champion/ essence warden/ suture priest work great with darien, I think we all get it at this point. But someone pointed this out to me the other day, and I though it was pretty cool. Pretty much tap city of brass, which makes darien pop out a token, use the mana from city to attach skullclamp to the token and draw two for tapping one land and losing 1 life. I'd say its pretty nice and worth it any time.

Purity ruins the combo. It prevents the damage, so you won't get the token and you won't get the draws then.
